Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal at Thryve Clothing. Please contact our Customer Service Department at CustomerService within 48 hours in the event that any product does not meet your expectations, you may exchange the item within 30 days of your purchase, subject to item availability. There are no refunds.

To make an exchange

You must receive a confirmation number from our return department or your package will be refused. Once you have contacted our returns department your package may be returned to:

All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.


If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Thryve Clothing or issues of quality, Thryve Clothing will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery. Returned items for exchange will be credited to original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at CustomerService .

Changes to Orders

Once you place an order at Thryve Clothing, you cannot make changes. For assistance, please e-mail us at CustomerService .

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please E-mail our Customer Service Department at CustomerService within 48 hours.

Backorders

If you order a product that is expected to be out of stock for over 10 days (240 Hours). The item will be shipped to you at no charge when it becomes available.

Shipping and Order Number Tracking

Shipping/ Order Tracking All orders will be sent via Canada Post Express Post or Fedex, depending on the method that you choose, your merchandise will be delivered within 2 to 5 days.
All orders within Canada can be tracked at Canada Post using the tracking number provided.

International Orders
